Alan Joseph Drobot, age 39, of Lac Courte Oreilles, passed away Saturday, September 20, 2025.

Alan "AJ" was born August 3, 1986, in Duluth, MN, the son of Timothy Drobot and Harriet "Heidi" Gougé, and was a proud member of the Lac Courte Oreilles Tribe. He was the epitome of free-spirited and living your life to the fullest, no matter what the obstacle was. AJ was the type of man that would give you 10 cents, even if he only had 8 cents to his name. He loved being outdoors, working with his hands and drawing. AJ was the greatest carpenter to ever do it, you just had to ask him. He loved to love and had very little room to hate. AJ was a father, son and brother and if you knew him long enough you might have known him by many other adjectives that best describe him. AJ is going to be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his father Tim; sons Nathanial & Alan Jr.; daughter Ariana; sister Tauri Drobot; brothers Michael Drobot, Devon Drobot, Christopher Gougé & Elias Drobot; nieces & nephews.

Alan was preceded in death by his mother Heidi; grandmother Dolores Gougé and grandparents Paul & Mary Drobot.

Tribal Funeral Rites were held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 26, 2025, at Pineview Funeral Service in Hayward. Gary Quaderer Sr. officiated. Burial was in St. Francis Cemetery. Visitation was held from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. prior to the service

Casket bearers were Devon Drobot, Elias Drobot, Michael Drobot, Christopher Gougé, Kody Gougé & Joseph Parker.
