Alice Lenora Wincek's Obituary
Alice L. Wincek, age 95, died Wednesday, June 6, 2012.
Alice Lenora was born April 3, 1917, the daughter of William and Patricia Khalar. During the war years she worked at Danly Machine Specialties in Chicago and cooked at Valley Farm in the town of Highland. Alice served on the Highland election board for 30 years.
She is survived by her daughters-in-law Donna Kelsey & Trudy Wincek; grandchildren Mark (Marge) Kelsey, Holly (Grant) Henry, Bob (Irina) Wincek; great grandchildren Stone and Tanner Kelsey, Edwin and Bobby Wincek; brother Lawrence Khalar; sister Marty O'Brien; many nephews & nieces.
Alice was preceded in death by her first husband Louis Kelsey; second husband Joseph Wincek; parents; son Stephen Kelsey; 12 brothers and sisters; step-son Orville Wincek.
Visitation will be held Friday, June 8 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. at Pineview Funeral Service in Hayward. A private family burial will be held.
Casket Bearers will be Grant Henry, Mark Kelsey, Stone Kelsey, Tanner Kelsey, Bob Wincek, Bobby Wincek and Edwin Wincek.
