Bernek Nado Quagon, age 22, of Lac Courte Oreilles passed away Monday, November 27, 2023.

Bernek was born March 2, 2001, in Robbinsdale, MN the son of Bernard Dauphinais Jr. and Susan Quagon. He graduated from Lac Courte Oreilles High School. Bernek worked at the Sevenwinds Casino where he was the security manager. He loved spending time with his girls, taking his family and friends on road trips but most of all he was kind, loving and would always make people laugh. Bernek always brought out the best in people and will be missed by all.

He is survived by his parents; daughter Nikita Hope Quagon; and brothers Brent Dauphinais & Melvin Quagon.

Bernek was preceded in death by his brother Bernard "Bic" Dauphinais III; sister Samantha Quagon; grandparents Mary Quagon & Leonard "Gunna" Quaderer.

A time of sharing with family and friends was held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 1, 2023, at Pineview Funeral Service in Hayward with a feast to follow. Burial was in Whitefish Cemetery. Visitation began at 5:00 p.m. Thursday, November 30, 2023, at the funeral home.

Casket bearers were  Alton "Chase" Barber, Waylon Barber, Sonny DeMain, Greg Fleming, Timothy Gauthier, Joe Gougé Jr. Kaden Martin and Bryan Sam III.
