Betty J. Louis, 93, of Rock Creek, MN, died Tuesday, July 13, 2021peacefully in her home.

Betty Jayne Grover was born December 14, 1927 in Stone Lake, WI the daughter of William and Josephine (Crowe) Grover. She was raised in the Whitefish Community and graduated from Hayward High School. For a period of time, she lived in Chicago, IL where she lived with her family and helped her sisters with their children and worked at Zenith Television. Betty enjoyed crocheting, knitting and beading. She loved traveling between Minneapolis, Hayward and Chicago.

She is survived by her children Donna (Skip) Churchill, Dean Louis, Betty Martin, Cheryle (Joe) Silva, LaVerne Martin, Myron Martin and Pam (Ed) Martin; 26 grandchildren; 48 great-grandchildren; sister Mildred Creed; many nieces, nephews & cousin.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents William & Josephine; sisters Eula Ford, Betty LaBatte; Muriel Kagigebi; brother LaVerne Grover; grandchildren Cara Churchill & Dean E. Louis Jr.

The Funeral Service was held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 17, 2021 LCO Assembly of God Church in Signor. Pastor Debbie Wilber officiated. Burial was in Whitefish Cemetery. Visitation was held from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., Friday, July 16 ^th and again from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., Saturday, prior to the service, at the church.

Casket bearers were Robert Coon, Jeff Drew Sr., Kyril Kiutukcief, Josh Louis, Santino Pacheco, Donny Quaderer and Joe Silva Jr.
