Obituary

Boleslaus Benedict Lasiewicz, age 77, of Springbrook, WI, passed away Saturday, May 13, 2023.

Boley was born July 13, 1945, in Milwaukee (St. Francis), WI; the son of Benjamin & Regina Lasiewicz. He lived in the area completing his apprenticeship. In 1965, Boley married Laurel Musgrave and they raised 4 children. He was a Master Plumber & Heating Contractor by trade owning his own business, Boley's Plumbing and Heating in Thorp, WI. In the mid 90's Boley moved to the Stone Lake, WI area where he married Kathy Ciolkosz on March 22, 1997. He worked at Early's Plumbing in Spooner, WI for a short time and then became self–employed as Lake View Plumbing and Heating until 2007. Boley also worked at the Home Depot in Hudson, WI as a Master Plumber Specialist for one year. From 2008-2016, Boley and Kathy were milking sheep and cows on their Springbrook farm in Washburn County at which time he retired from plumbing. Boley loved to play guitar and was involved in various bands and worship teams throughout his lifetime. He was creative in building with wood as demonstrated by his building a home from recycled wood on his property by Mud Lake and by expanding the Springbrook farmhouse into a beautiful home. Boley enjoyed musky fishing, taking pictures of nature and animals, spending time with his family and sharing the gospel of Jesus.

He is survived by his wife of 26 years Kathleen; children Paul (Brandi) Lasiewicz, William (Cheryl) Lasiewicz, Jennifer (Richard) Denzine and Beau (Kara) Lasiewicz; seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren; sisters Benita and Bernadette; brother Ben; 1 st wife Laurel Musgrave; and nieces and nephews.
