Bruce A. Schmitz, age 61, of Winter, WI died Saturday, September 30, 2017 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire, WI.

Bruce A. Schmitz was born on December 11, 1955 in Chicago, IL the son of Ambrose and Barbara (Topps) Schmitz.

He is survived by his wife Susan; children Jill (Ron) Lammers, Nicole (Charles) Roeback, Shane Schmitz; eight grandchildren; brother Kurt (Sandi) Schmitz; sister Sharon (Dave) Roiger; many nephews and nieces.

Bruce was preceded in death by his parents and son William Schmitz.

A Memorial Gathering was held from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Saturday October 14, 2017 at Pineview Funeral Service in Hayward.
