Carol M. Jerome, age 77, of Hayward, WI passed Thursday, August 8, 2019 at her home surrounded by family.

Carol Mae Lindell was born August 2, 1942 at her parent's home in Stone Lake, WI the daughter of Carl and Irma (Harriman) Lindell. She attended Stone Lake Elementary and Hayward Schools, and worked as a Machinist at Screw Machine Engineering for over 20 years.

She is survived by her son Carl Jerome; daughters Connie Lepley, Cindy (Dave) Sheehan, Cory Slayton, Gena (Mark) Sandstrom; 19 grandkids; 30 great-grandkids; brother Myron "Butch" (Vera) Lindell; sisters Patsy Montgomery, Marian "Sis" Moyer; and many nieces and nephews.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents Carl and Irma; her sisters Arlene & Betty Jane; her brothers Eugene & Clint; grandson Leonard; one great-grandson Landyn.

A Memorial Service was held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, August 15, 2019 at Pineview Funeral Service in Hayward. Rev. Timothy Young officiated. A luncheon was served immediately after the service at the funeral home. Burial followed in Evergreen Cemetery in Stone Lake. Visitation was held from at 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Thursday, prior to the service at the funeral home.

Honorary bearers were Louis Henk, David "Bud" Sheehan, Carl Jerome Jr., Rodney Jerome, Johnny Espersen, and Wayne Slayton.
