Cheyenne G. Coon, age 27, of Black River Falls, WI journeyed to the Spirit World on April 23, 2017 in Minneapolis.

Cheyenne Gerald Coon was born on January 23, 1990 in Eau Claire, WI the son of Henry Whitethunder and Jerilyn Holden. He loved his family and spending time with them. Cheyenne enjoyed going to Pow-Wows, watching sports, especially football and basketball, he was a big Vikings fan. He enjoyed playing blackjack, cooking and traveling. Cheyenne liked to "cruise" the Twin Cities.

He is survived by his parents; significant other Kathleen Funmaker; children Cashis Coon, Taylor Coon, Kendrick Coon, Ayasha Coon, Lyniah Coon and Nola Coon; brother George Coon; sisters Jerilyn Jackson; Alexandria Whitethunder; Dominique Whitethunder and Valerainna Whitethunder; many other relatives and friends.

The Funeral Service was held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, April 27, 2017 at Pineview Funeral Service in Hayward. Burial was in the Coon Family Cemetery in Whitefish. Visitation began at 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 26th at the funeral home.

Honorary Casket bearers were Justin Coon, Dominic Coon, Thomas Thayer, Kyril Coon, Jaime Thayer-Vega, Javier Yanez, Makoons Coon, George Coon, and Jordan Funmaker.

Casket bearers will be Brandon Howard, Travis Wilkins, Daniel Mitchell, Forrest Grover, Vincent Stevens, Forrest Coon, Jordan Funmaker, Chaska Carrillo and Mike Flores.
