Cindy Lea Mangiaracina, age 59, of Winter, WI, passed away peacefully Saturday, March 23, 2024, at St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth, MN surrounded by her family.

Cindy was born on May 6, 1964, in Robbinsdale, MN, the daughter of Pauline (Webster) Ripczinski. Cindy graduated from Kehler, MN in 1982. She relocated with her family to the Winter area in 1984. On February 25, 1989, she was married to Nicholas Mangiaracina in Winter, WI. Cindy spent her working years as a waitress and retired in 2012. Throughout her life Cindy enjoyed golfing and bird watching. In her later years her favorite activities were spending time with her grandchildren and admiring the wildlife on her property with her partner Al.

She is survived by her sons Vincent (Corrina) and Michael (Ashley); sister Lisa Webb; brother Greg (Nicole) Ripczinski; grandchildren Audrey, Vincent Jr., Isabelle & Theodore.

Cindy was preceded in death by her mother Pauline; husband Nicholas.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 9, 2024, at Zion Lutheran Church in Winter. Pastor Tiffany Chipman will officiate. Burial will be in Winter Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.
