Collin Wayne Smith II, age 18, of Lac Courte Oreilles, WI died Sunday, October 23, 2022.

Collin was born February 11, 2004, in Milwaukee, the son of Collin Smith Sr. and Rikki White.  He graduated from LCO High School where he participated in basketball & cross country. Collin enjoyed weightlifting, MMA, video games and playing football and traveling with his friends.  He loved going to pow-wows and other ceremonies and he was on the drum in Ashland and LCO School. Collin worked in the LCO Community working with the youth at the Boys and Girls Club and helping the elderly.

He is survived by his father Collin (Anna); mother Rikki (James); brothers Adolph & Kane; sisters Nasasha, Aaliyah, Precious, Nikaya, Ceceilia & Izabella; niece Lilliana; grandmother Angela; cousins Avery, Amayah (Zen), Ayden, Bella & Julian; many other loved ones.

Collin was preceded in death by his grandfather Carlos D. Smith Sr.; aunt Carleen Smith; cousins James Drouillard, Michelle Pemberton & Nicole O'Claire.

Tribal Funeral Rites began at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, October 27, 2022, at Big Drum Ceremonial Center in LCO. Chato "Ombishkebines" Gonzalez officiated. Burial was in Round Lake Cemetery. Visitation began at 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 26, at Big Drum Ceremonial Center.

Honorary casket bearers were Marcus Augostine, Preston Edwards, Derrick Keyonnie, Craig Preshtony, Julian Rosin & Dominic Suarez.

Casket bearers were James Crowe, Jesse Hanlon, Tyson Radermacher, Bryan Sam III, Lorenzo Shuman & Ayden White.
