Dorothy K. Parks, age 69, of Duluth, MN, died Monday, February 7, 2022, at The Solvay House in Duluth.

Dorothy Kay White was born February 15, 1952, in Ely, MN, the daughter of Louis and Margaret (Dandy) White.

She is survived by her sons Melvin Sargent & Brodrick Blair; daughter Cindy Council; brother Ken Vasina; sister Patricia St. Germaine; and nephews & nieces

Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents Louis & Margaret; sister Jan Lane; brothers Frank White & Gary White.

Tribal Funeral Rites was held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, February 11, 2022 at Big Drum Ceremonial Center in Lac Courte Oreilles. Skip Churchill officiated. Burial was in Histoyland Cemetery in Hayward. Visitation began at 5:00 p.m. Thursday,
February 10 ^th at Big Drum Ceremonial Center.

Casket bearers were Ken Basina, Kim Lindberg, Chuck Lynk, Tom Quagon, Melvin Sargent Jr. and Lawrence Smith.
