Dwayne Joseph Decora, age 49, of Lac Courte Oreilles, passed away Monday, February 24, 2025, at Essentia St. Mary's Medical Center in Duluth, MN.

Dwayne was born September 9, 1975, in Hayward, WI, the son of Dwayne & Dorothy (Nickence) DeCora. He loved spending time with his family and loved ones, making people laugh and having a good time. Dwayne was always willing to help anyone that needed it. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his daughter Daisy Billyboy; grandchildren Abby, Izzy, Olivia & Emelia; brother Michael Decora; sister Vanessa Decora; nephews & nieces Michael DeCora Jr., Caitlin DeCora & Dylon Hart; and many cousins.

Dwayne was preceded in death by his parents Dwayne & Dorothy.

Midewiwin Funeral Rites will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, February 28, 2025, at New Post Community Center. Brian Corbiere will officiate. Burial will be New Post Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. Thursday, February 27th at New Post Community Center.

Honorary casket bearers will be Jeff Billyboy, Doug DeCora, Mark Tainter & Tom Tainter.

Casket bearers will be Michael DeCora Jr., Doug Fleming, LeBron Gougé, Adrian Nickence, Larry Quagon Sr. & Tom Quagon.
