Eric Clayton Fout, age 63, of Stone Lake, WI, passed away Wednesday, February 18, 2026.

He was born on September 11, 1962, in Waukegan, IL, the son of Ronald Lee Fout and Carole Louise (Fortenberry) Holland.  Eric graduated from Zion Benton High School in Zion, Illinois.

He is survived by his father: Ron Fout, son: Cody Fout; stepfather: Arvis Holland, lifelong partner: Helen Islas, grandchild: Elijah Green, sisters: Robin (Jon) Moore, & Kimberly Fout. brother: Shannon (Kathy) Fout, uncle: Jerry Holland, aunts: Ronnie Gay Fortenberry, Roseanne Goddard, and Jeanette Underwood, and his nephew: Casey Holland.

Eric was preceded in death by his mother: Carole Louise Fortenberry Holland, his uncle: Donald Holland, his aunt: Jean Kennedy and his brother: Terry Lee Holland.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Monday, February 23, 2026, at Pineview Funeral Service. Pastor Tim Warner will officiate. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Stone Lake, WI. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. prior to service on Monday, February 23 at Pineview Funeral Service.

Honorary casket bearers are Laura Jennerman, Steve Oberholtzer, John Lucas, Larry Shelton, & Pam Zenisek.

Casket bearers are Cody Fout, Chris White, Jon Moore, Carlos Johnson, Casey Holland, and Shannon Fout.
