Ernest H. House, age 58, of Hayward, died Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at his home.

Ernest "Ernie" Harvey House was born September 14, 1956 in Clinton, Iowa, the son of Ernest Newton and Pearl May (Dunton) House. He attended school in Clinton. Ernie graduated from Belmont High, and then served in the U.S.M.C. in Brenerton, Washington. Ernie was united in marriage to Jeannee Huling in 1974 and they had four children, Justin, Amy, Ernie and Walter. He loved his children. Ernie loved to fish, hunt and horses. He also loved to wheel and deal with his good friend Marvin Wilber. They would always trade guns, fishing gear, guitars, amps and other things, even things that belonged to their wives. Then after a few years they would trade back items.

He is survived by his children Justin House and Amy (Matthew) Wojcik and their mother Jeannee House; son Adam House; mother Pearl (William) Baker; seven grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren; brothers Ricky (Betty) House of Sheldon, WI, Harvey House of Phoenix, AZ; sisters Linda House of Couderay, Sharon House of Eau Claire, Tina (Robert) Place of Winter, Regina Henry, Barbara (Alan) Baker-LaRush, Cheryl Littlegeorge, Karol House all of LCO, Misty House of Chicago, IL; 34 nephews & nieces; several cousins; and his canine companion Mini Booboo.

Ernie was preceded by his sons Ernest House Jr, Walter House; father Ernest House; brother Robert House; grandparents Clara House, Ornie House, Eugene Dunton and Cora Hayton; nephew Adam LaRush.

The Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 27, 2015 at Pineview Funeral Service in Hayward with Rev. Marvin Wilber and Robert Place Jr. officiating. Music will be provided by Marvin and Debbie Wilber. Burial will be in St. Peter's Cemetery in Winter, WI. Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., Friday, June 26th at the funeral home.

Honorary bearers will be Eric Clause, Andrew LaRush, Robert "Bubb" Place Jr., Anthony St. Germaine and William St. Germaine.

Casket bearers will be Forest Gokey, Justin House, Rick House Sr., Owen Place, Matthew Wojcik, Michael Wojcik and Zach Wojcik.
