George A. Belille, age 79, of LCO, died Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at Golden Living-Valley of Hayward.

George Allan Belille was born July 22, 1937 in Hayward, the son of Charles and Helma (Cloud) Belille. He grew up in Hayward and attended school at Kinnamon. In 1957 he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and served until 1961. George was united in marriage to Bonita "Bonnie" Baker on November 6, 1975 at St. Francis Church. He worked as a custodian for many years for the LCO Schools, then for the LCO Health Clinic; retiring in July 2013.

He is survived by his son Gary Belille, Gordon Belille, George Belille Jr., Garner Belille; daughters Gloria Belille, Bernadette Belille, Brenda Belille; son-in-law Jerry Mike; daughter-in-law Kim Fleming; 21 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; nephews & nieces.

George was preceded by his parents; wife Bonita "Bonnie"; son Roger Belille; brother Charles Belille Jr.; sister Mary Ann Hammond; brother-in-law Frank Belille; sister-in-law Theresa Bennett.

Tribal Funeral Rites was held at 10:00 a.m. Sunday, October 2, 2016 at Pineview Funeral Service with Lee Staples officiating. Burial was in Historyland. Visitation was held beginning at 5:00 p.m., Saturday, October 1st at the funeral home.

Honorary casket bearers were Andy Belille, Fred Belille, Joey Blackdeer, Don Carley, Terry Cone, Carol Garvin, Phillip Martin Bill Morrow, Don Smith and Auntie Evelyn Sharlow.

Casket bearers were Chucky Belille, Gary Belille Jr., Mickey Belille, Stuart Belille, Jerry Mike and David Van Lyssel.
