March 1, 1959 – May 19, 2023
James "Jim" Arnold Wilson Jr., age 64, of Reserve, WI died peacefully Friday, May 19, 2023, at his home.
James was born March 1, 1959, in Chicago, IL the son of James Sr. and Carole (Miller) Wilson. He attended school in Hayward and then joined the United States Marines being stationed at Camp Pendleton, CA. Jim worked as a skilled carpenter for the Lac Courte Oreilles Development Corporation for several years. He was a handy man that could fix or build anything. Jim enjoyed listening to and watching sports including the Brewers and Green Bay Packers, fishing, boating and spending time with his kids and grandkids. A perfect night for Jim would be a home cooked meal from his mom, listening to Honky Tonk and enjoying an ice-cold Hamms.
He is survived by his children Patty (Pedro) Harrington, Charity (Joel) Valentin, Trevor "TJ" Wilson &Dusty (Darien) Wilson; 19 grandchildren; his mother, Carole "Bobo"; sisters Tammy (Mike) Denasha & Michelle Wilson; brothers Joe Miller and Derek Wilson; aunts Margie Miller and Jackie Froemel; Uncle Carl Miller; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Jim was preceded in death by his father James Wilson Sr.; sons James "Jimbo" Wilson III & Bradley Wilson; brother Dale Wilson; sister Leslie Wilson; grandmother Aziga Miller; aunts Mimi Miller, Beatrice Hall & Shirley Thomas; uncles Thomas Miller, Edward Miller, Roger Miller & Terry Miller.
Mass of Christian Burial was held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 24. 2023 at St. Francis Solanus Indian Mission in Reserve. Father Karunakar Madanu officiated with music provided by Sister Felissa Zander. Burial was in St. Francis Cemetery. Visitation will began at 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 23rd at Pineview Funeral Service in Hayward.
Honorary casket bearers were Casey Miller, Jerry Miller, Randy Miller, Bob Trepania, Donald "Bozo" Trepania, Jason Weaver and LCO Development Crew.
Casket bearers were Dougie Coon, Dale DeNasha, Joey DeNasha, Seth Harrington, John Quagon Jr., Ray Two Bulls & James "Brother" Wilson IV.
