Jeffrey S. Kakazu Jr., age 28, of Lac Courte Oreilles, WI died Saturday, August 28, 2021.

Jeffrey Scott Kakazu was born November 10, 1992 in Hayward, WI, the son of Christine Schmock and Jeffrey Kakazu Sr. He graduated from LCO High School then started working at the LCO Casino where he continued to work for many years. Jeff's hobbies were playing basketball and online gaming, with his buddies. He loved spending time with his son Kiyan, daughter Everleigh, and his family and friends. Jeff will be missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his parents Christine (Charles) Schmock and Jeff (Joyce) Kakazu; son Kiyan Kakazu; daughter Everleigh Kakazu; significant other Raven Grover; brother Joseph Wade, Jonathan Kakazu, Vinny Wade & Sunrise Wade; sister Casandra Kakazu & Ashley Kakazu; grandparents Art & Judy Schmock, Darrell Powers & Joyce Ninham Wade; many aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces & cousin.

Jeff was preceded in death by his sister Abigail Ford; grandmother Alma Powers; and uncle Art Schmock Jr.

A Celebration of Life for Jeff will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 3, 2021 at Pineview Funeral Service in Hayward. Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Thursday, September 2 at the funeral home.

Honorary casket bearers will be Chase Belille, Anthony Dennis, David Dennis Jr., Dominic Potack, Mario Sharlow, John Taylor Jr. and Matthew Taylor Jr.
