Jordan Charles Mertens, age 25, of Stevens Point and Lac Courte Oreilles, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2024.

Jordan was born August 21, 1998, in Hayward, WI the son of Charles Mertens and Carol Lynk. He was attending school in Steven Point working towards a degree in Business Management. Jordan loved going to the Hibachi Grill, trying new gourmet food and seafood. He loved to golf and gaming with his brothers and nephews. Jordan was very outgoing, loved being with his family and he was the best uncle to his two nephews.

He is survived by his mother Carol (Charles Anderson) Hamblin; stepfather Donald Hamblin; brothers Nick Martinson & Vince (Ashley) Martinson; sisters Sarah Martinson, Heather (Victor Crone) Martinson; nephews Elijah Martinson & Victor Crone Jr.; and Gus Danger Martinson (the dog).

Jordan was preceded in death by his father Charles; grandmother Janette Shuman; grandparents Chuck and Olwyn Mertens.

A Celebration of Life was held for Jordan at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 9th at 15976 W. 4th Street, Hayward.
