Jose Alvin Moreno, peacefully transitioned to the spirit world on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, surrounded by his loved ones in Lac Courte Oreilles at the age of 63.

He was born June 10, 1962, in Playa Havana, Cuba, the son of Jose Sanchez and Esther Diaz. All throughout life he was known for his compassion, respect and intelligence. He carried his dignity throughout life always treating everyone with civility and respect, he will be remembered fondly as a one of a kind, the one and only… Cuban Joe.
