Joseph A. Donaghue, age 80 of Winter, died Friday, April 4, 2014 at Flambeau Hospital in Park Falls, WI.

Joseph Allen Donaghue was born September 17, 1933 in Cumberland, WI, the son of William and Fern (Bonniville)        Donaghue.  Joseph served in the United States Navy, earning the Korean Service Medal, United Nations Service Medal and the National Defense Service Medal. Joe was united in marriage to Arlyce Grove.

He is survived by his wife Arlyce "Honey"; loving children Lonnie Donaghue, Randy (Paula) Donaghue, Wendy (Joseph) Halama, Wanda (Scott) Ackley; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; sisters Lillian Barnier, Doris Nelson; many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents.

The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 11, 2014 at Calvary Lutheran Church in Loretta. Pastor Terri Blomberg will officiate. Following the service there will be a gathering of family and friends at Wendy & Joe's Steakhouse. Burial will be in Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spooner, WI on Monday, April 14 at 10:00 a.m.
