Judith E. Kohnke, age 57, of Hayward, died Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at her home.

Judith was born July 23, 1959 in Batavia, OH, the daughter of James and Evelyn (Kain) Byrne. She was united in marriage to James Kohnke on December 26, 1991. Judy attended WITC and LCO Community College earning her GED in 1999. She was an over the road truck driver and most recently worked at LCO Casino.

She is survived by her mother Evelyn Davis; sons Michael (Carey) Byrne, Shawn Humphries; daughter Patricia (Chris) Fisher; seven grandchildren; brother Ralph Byrne; sisters Dee, Mary, Sherry, Barb, Sue, Diane, Sally & Donna.

Judy was preceded by her husband James; brothers Arthur Davis, Bill Byrne & Ralph Davis.

A Memorial Gathering was held from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at Pineview Funeral Service in Hayward. Burial was in Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spooner.
