Keith M. Levake, age 84, of West Chicago, IL, passed away Wednesday, April 13, 2022.

Keith Maurice Levake was born August 4, 1937, at the Indian Hospital in Hayward, WI, the son of John & Susan (Grover) Levake. He attended Jordan Elementary School and Hayward High School. Keith enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1961. He was united in marriage to Myrna St. John in 1968, they were longtime residents of West Chicago.

He is survived by his son Brian; and three grandsons.

Keith was preceded in death by his parents; wife; brothers Llewelyn, Phillip and Stuart; sister Mary.

A private burial was held at Whitefish Cemetery.
