Kristen Michelle McNabb, age 44, of Lac Courte Oreilles, WI, passed away Saturday, March 29, 2025, at Essentia Health St. Mary's Medical Center in Duluth.

Kristen was born March 18, 1981, in Lafayette, LA, the daughter of Gerald "Mac" and Judith (Taylor) McNabb. She could shed light on even the hardest of situations and could make her way out of the toughest moments. The main thing about Kristen was the amount of love she had in her heart for not only her family but also everyone around her. You'd often find her shooting pool or fishing at the lake. You could find Kristen jammin' in her car, listening to her songs, always cracking a joke or being that thoughtful shoulder to lean on. The world lost a remarkable woman who loved her kids and believed in people who believed in her. Kristen will be missed by all her knew and loved her.

She is survived by her sons Dakota Young & Joseph Grover; daughter Kiara Young & Priscilla Grover; and her brother Christopher McNabb.

Kristen was preceded in death by her parents Mac & Judie.

The Funeral Service was held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at Pineview Funeral Service in Hayward. Father Karunakar Madanu  officiated. Burial will be in Whitefish Cemetery at a later date. Visitation began at 5:00 p.m. Monday, April 7th at the funeral home.

Casket Bearers were Doug Coon, Ernie Sharlow, Javier Yanez, Bradley Young, Ryan Young Sr. and Ryan Young Jr.
