Leilani M. Holmes, age 5, of Minneapolis, MN, died Sunday, March 12, 2017 at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis.
Leilani Marie Holmes was born November 18, 2011in Minneapolis, the daughter of Carmita Sactajara and Franklin Holmes Jr.
She is survived by her parents Carmita & Franklin; grandparents Leslie Quaderer, Franklin Holmes Sr., Dana Megenuph & Raul Sacta; great grandparents Patricia Holmes, Jacqueline Quaderer, Franklin Brown & Christine Williams; aunts Ashley Holmes & Margaret Holmes; uncles Joseph Browneagle, Brandon Browneagle, Bradley Browneagle, Ignacio Hernandez and Jessie Sacta.
The Funeral Service was held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 17, 2016 at Pineview Funeral Service in Hayward with Father Gregory Hopefl officiating. Burial was in Quaderer Family Cemetery in Sand Lake Township. Visitation began at 5:00 p.m., Thursday, March 16th at the funeral home.
Casket bearers were Luc Boisvert, Brandon Browneagle, Joseph Browneagle and Ignacio Hernandez.
