Obituary

Mary L. Miller, 68, of LCO, died Monday, February 9, 2015 at her home.

Mary Louise Miller was born September 30, 1946 in Hayward, the daughter of Bernard and Joan (Trepania) Miller. She grew up in Hayward and graduated from Hayward High School Mary moved to the Milwaukee area, where she met John Peter Trepanier. They moved back to Hayward in 1976. Mary was a cook for LCO School for over 10 years, she then worked for LCO Casino as a greeter. She most recently worked at the LCO Elementary School as a Children's Aide and was also working with the Senior Companion Elder Program. Mary spent much of her free time at the casino playing Bingo, visiting family and friends and was a devoted parishioner of St. Francis Church.

She is survived by her companion and best friend of over 40 years John Pete Trepanier; daughters Nichol Miller, Angela Miller; step-daughters Dena Wilson, Fran Owl; sons Timothy Miller, Shawn Miller, Curtis Trepanier; step-sons James Trepanier, John Trepanier, Trent Trepanier; nine grandchildren, four great grandchildren; step-father Carl Miller; sisters Antoinette Trepania, Betty Brace, Carol (Tom) Miller, Lori Miller, Carla Miller, Jean Miller; numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.

Mary was preceded in death by her grandparent Joseph & Mary Trepania; parents Bernard & Joan; sisters Peggy Miller, Janet Miller; brothers Dennis Miller Sr., Donald Miller Sr.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 12, 2015 at St. Francis Solanus Indian Mission in Reserve with Fr. Gregory Hopefl officiating and music provided by Sister Felissa Zander. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 11th at Pineview Funeral Service in Hayward, with a scripture service at 6:30 p.m.

Honorary casket bearers will be Mary's grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Casket bearers are Gabriel Belille, Mario Gasper, Larry Miller, Preston Miller, Travis Miller and Dennis Trepania.
