Norma Marie Goeky's Obituary
Norma M. Gokey, age 91, of Sunnyvale, CA, died Friday, February 5, 2016.
Norma Marie Gokey was born August 9, 1924 in Couderay, the daughter of Benjamin and Maude (Mapes) Isham. Norma has left us to be joined once again with her beloved late husband "Honest John". Her warmth, generosity, and unconditional love nourished many, especially her children.
She is survived by her children Michael Gokey, Patrick Gokey, Susan Gonzalez, James Gokey and Shari Gokey; grandchildren Lauren, Ryan & Catherine; sister Dorothy Martinson.
Norma was preceded in death by her parents; husband John; brother Vernon "Bub" Isham; sister Mary "Opal" Guibord.
A Memorial of Mass will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday, July 22, 2016 at St. Francis Solanus Indian Mission in Reserve with Father Gregory Hopefl officiating. Music will be provided by Alphonse Gokey. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery.
