Makwa Gabow

Patrick H. Trepanier, age 79, of Hayward, left this world to join many family members in the spirit world Thursday, November 1, 2018, surrounded by his family at home as he wished.

Patrick Henry Trepanier was born January 23, 1939 in Hayward, WI the son of Walter and Frances (Isham) Trepanier. He spent ten years in the US Navy as a machinist, steam fitter, and after being honorably discharged he moved from California to Hayward. Pat was a logger for many years as he loved the woods and nature.

He is survived by his sons Paul S., Pat B, Paul A., William J., and Troy K; daughters Starr Crosby and Katie Fleming; his lifelong partner Mikki Trepanier; 25 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren; sisters Roberta Essex, Cryilla Streubel and many nephews and nieces.

Pat was preceded in death by his parents Walter & Frances; grandson Shane Patrick Trepanier; brothers Irv, Joe, Jack Pine, Ted, Jerome, Al & Kenny; sisters Mary White, Edna Murphy, Loretta Martinson & Mary Francis Trepanier.

A Memorial Mass was held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 8 ^th at St. Francis Solanus Indian Mission in Reserve. Father Gregory Hopefl officiated with music provided by Sister Felissa Zander. Visitation was held from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 7 ^th at Pineview Funeral Service in Hayward, and again from 9:00 – 10:30 a.m., Thursday, November 8 ^th at the funeral home.

Honorary casket bearers were Charles Belille, Walt Essex, David Fleming, Jay Isham, Jerome Isham, Joe Isham, Steve Streubel, Jake Taylor, Dakota Trepanier, John Pete Trepanier, Max Trepanier, Fred Tribble and Mike Tribble.
