Paul E. Furtyo Sr., age 72, of Radisson, WI passed away, Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Duluth, MN.

Paul Edward Furtyo was born July 11, 1944 in Chicago, IL, the son of Steven and Margaret (Digby) Furtyo. He graduated high school, then enlisted in the United States Army and served our country in Vietnam and was Honorably Discharged in 1970. Paul then gained employment as a union welder. He was a friend to all that knew him and was a wonderful Father and Grandfather. Paul enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, boating, hunting and 4 wheeling, and also enjoyed making jewelry as a hobby. He was an amazing person, whom would help anyone in need. If you needed information or something online Paul was your "go to guy", as he was an avid computer guru.

Paul is survived by his sons Paul Furtyo Jr. of Radisson, Brian (Melissa) Furtyo of Bridgeview, IL; daughter Cheryl Tarsa of Exeland; seven grandchildren Mike M., Paul III, Joseph, Jason, Mike T., Logan, and Caitlin; one great grandson Clayton; cousin Bob Winter.

A Celebration of Life Gathering was held in Paul's honor from 4-7 p.m., Friday, August 5th at Becky Jo's Bar, 3695N Clark St., Radisson, WI 54867.
