Phillip E. Slayton Jr., age 78, of Signor, died Friday, June 10, 2022, at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire, WI.

Phillip Elwood Slayton Jr. was born February 18, 1944, in Stone Lake, WI, the son of Phillip and Virginia (Dennis) Slayton Sr. He served in the United States Army. Phillip like to play golf, cribbage, fish and take time for him self at the casino. Most of all, he liked to spend time with his family.

He is survived by his brother Paul Slayton.

Phillip was preceded in death by his parents and brother Patrick.

A Graveside Service was held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at Historyland Cemetery in Hayward. Military honors were accorded by LCO AMVETS Post #1998.
