Robert “Bob”. Nichols, age 70, of Radisson, WI, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Saturday April 4, 2026.

Robert was born February 12, 1956, in Milwaukee, WI son of Beverly Rose Durski and Louis Lowell Nichols. Growing up, Robert visited the Northwoods with his family and eventually moved to Radisson. There he met his wife, Elizabeth (Rynda). They were married on July 4, 1980, and shared 46 years of marriage with each other while raising their three sons. He worked as a logger and enjoyed spending his time outdoors. He loved riding motorcycles, making people laugh, and spending time with his sons, nieces, nephews and grandchildren.

Robert is survived by his wife Elizabeth Nichols, his three sons and seven grandchildren: Michael (Jamie) and their children Bailey, Reiley, and Camden; Jesse (Heidi) and their children Jaxon and Sophia; and Tyler (Brianna) and their children Wesley and Ivy. He is also survived by three sisters and one brother.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents Louis and Beverly Nichols and brother Joey.

Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 14, 2025, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Radisson, WI. Fr. Sunil Kumar Thumma and Deacon Michael Ryan will officiate, with music provided by Marie Ellickson and Sue Martin-Thompson, Burial will follow at Radison Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church one hour prior to service.

Honorary Casket bearers are Phil Miles, Wesley Nichols, Sam Rynda, Jaxon Nichols, Bud Rynda, Dan Rynda and Camden Nichols.
