Shirley M. Martin, age 70, of Hayward, WI died peacefully with family around her on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at University of Minnesota Medical Center in Minneapolis.

Shirley Mae Curvin was born July 26, 1948 in Springfield, OH the daughter of Arnold and Della (Whittaker) Curvin. She grew up and graduated high school in Springfield. Shirley then moved to Chicago where she was united in marriage to David "Studie" Belille. They resided in Chicago where she raised her family and lived until 1984. Shirley and her family then moved to Hayward. David preceded her in death, then she was married to Joseph Martin in 1994. They continued to reside in Hayward. Shirley was a loving mother and caregiver to all her family, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her sons Larry (Laura) Pack, David Belille Sr.; daughters Cheryl (Randy Sr.) Alexander, Christina (Scott Humer) Lyles; grandchildren Randy Jr., Tashina & Jacob Alexander, Dylan & Shelby Pack, Jarrod Yoak, and Rachel & David Belille Jr.; and 13 great grandchildren; many nieces & nephews.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents Arnold & Della; 1 ^st husband David "Studie" Belille; 2 ^nd husband Joseph Martin; sisters Barbara & Patricia.

The Funeral Service was held 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at Pineview Funeral Service in Hayward. Visitation was held from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, prior to the service at the funeral home.

Casket bearers were Randy Alexander Jr., Scott Humer, Dylan Pack and Nick Smith.
