Thomas George Girard, age 74, of Hayward, passed away Wednesday, November 1, 2023.

Tom was born October 23, 1949, in Grant, MI, the son of William and Flavia Girard. He was a welder by trade but after moving to Hayward from Superior, Tom worked at the courthouse in the custodian department and worked part time at Beehive Botanicals. He will be most remembered for how helpful he was. Tom loved the Lord, reading the bible and praying daily. He loved his family and was a wonderful husband, dad and grandpa. Tom will be missed by all who loved him.

He is survived by his wife Renee; sons Steven (Lindsay), Thomas (Jessica); grandchildren Brooklyn, Thomas, Elijah, Lucas and Skylar; brother Gary (Lorraine); sisters Rita, Piper (Richard), Karen Esperson, Patty Girard, Katie (Jamie) Kutzner, Fay Melby and Susan (Allen) Bearse.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents.

A Memorial Gathering was held at 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 10th at Pineview Funeral Service in Hayward.
