Tracey Ann Pringle, age 52, of Lac Courte Oreilles, passed away Monday, September 16, 2024, at home surrounded by her loved ones.

Tracey was born September 18, 1971, in Shell Lake, WI the daughter of Stanley and Sharon (Butler) Quagon. She was a beautiful loving wife and mother. Tracey and Jason, both natives of Hayward, met when they both worked at the casino. She secretly had a crush on Jason and was nervous every time he went by her. It wasn't long before they finally started dating in 1993. Tracey and Jason's love blossomed over many years and were married in 2008. Their 16 years of love bound together a family of four children, and two grandchildren whom she loved very much. Tracy, a member of the Lac Courte Oreilles Tribe, worked in various positions for her tribe, mainly as the Child Care Director. She adored all her foster children as her own, and she cared for many. Tracey loved helping out families from LCO. She finally decided to become a housewife and a foster parent. Tracey loved taking walks and had a canine companion named Naughtia, whom was never without. Tracey was a mother to her and would only eat food that Tracey chewed up for her; spoiled little protective Naughtia. Tracey was an avid Minnesota Viking fan! She enjoyed watching football.

She is affectionately survived by her husband Jason Pringle Sr.; children Jason Pringle Jr., Shania Pringle & Stasha Quagon; grandchildren Caius Quagon & Caine Carrillo; sister Tammy Quagon; nephews, nieces & cousins; and her canine companion Naughtia.

Tracey was preceded in death by her parents Stanley Sr. & Sharon; beloved daughter Ashley Quagon; grandson Goshkwaadiizi Quagon; brother Stanley "Guy" Quagon Jr.; nephew Stanley Quagon III; and her in-laws Errol and Margaret Pringle.

Tribal Funeral Rites will begin at 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 20, 2024, at Pineview Funeral Service in Hayward. Keller Paap will officiate. Burial will be in Whitefish Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m., Thursday, September 19th at the funeral home.

Honorary casket bearers will beDrea Belille, Devlin Cotton, Nicole Frazier, Phyllis "Jo-Z" Homesky, Marsha Pringle, Misti Quagon, Susan Quagon, Sylvia Quagon and Laura Zimit.

Casket Bearers will be Forrest Coon, Aaron Corbine, Chase Corbine, Guyson Quagon, Larry Quagon, Tabian Quagon, Brian Sam Sr. and Payton Zimit.
