Willard Louis Robertson

Willard “Skip” Robertson, age 77, of Hayward, WI, passed away May 25th, 2026, surrounded by family and loved ones.

Skip was born March 8th, 1949, in Hayward, WI, the son of Willard Coons and Vivian Guibord but raised by Harold Robertson. Skip grew up in Milwaukee, drafted in 1969 in the Army where he fought in the Vietnam War. Skip was Honorably discharged October of 1970 where he then moved back to Hayward WI. In 1973 his daughter Vivian was born. Skip worked in construction as well as numerous jobs. In 1983 he united in marriage to Lillian Larson. Skip loved hunting, golfing, gambling, traveling, and was once a pool shark. Skip also had a great sense of humor.

Skip is survived by his wife Lillian Robertson; fur baby Suzie; daughter, Vivian Belille; brother Steven (Ruby) Robertson; grandchildren, Donna (Stacy) Yellowcloud, Dustin Quaderer, Darienne Quaderer; great grandchildren, Brady Archambault, Brennen Boswell, Brayden Boswell, Deviah Quaderer, Kiala Quaderer, Carinn Ollinger, Chloe Baladez, Isabella Baladez; great-great grandchildren, RiverBear Archambault, Liam Boswell; Sister-in-law, Lisa and Mary Robertson and many nieces and nephews.

Skip is preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Brian and Howard Robertson; sister, Marcella Langenecker.

Memorial Services will begin at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at Pineview Funeral Service in Hayward, WI. Burial will begin at Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday June 1st. 2026 from 4-7 pm, being held at Pineview Funeral Service.

Honorary casket bearers will be Marvin Bowstring, Chucky Belille, Jim Wiess, Cy Williams, Jerry Collion, and Tom Mills.
