William A. Carley, age 49, of LCO, died Sunday, July 23, 2017 at his home.
William Alan Carley was born January 26, 1968 in Shell Lake, WI, the son of William and Mary (Gokey) Carley. He was the most lovable person you could ever meet…Besides making anyone and everyone who crossed his path laugh, he had the most beautiful laugh himself…Forever making a joke out of any situation…He could lift your spirits on your worst days…His passion in life was to thrive to take care of his wife, family and friends…Even tho he was in pain everday…he tried his hardest to make sure the necessary was done…He will be dearly missed by countless people…His heart was made of gold, his laugh and smile could melt yours.
He is survived by his wife Vala Quaderer-Carley; sons James Wolfe, Brett Dennis Jr.; brothers Edward Martin, Gerald Martin, Melvin Gasper, Donald Campbell; sisters Julia Martin, Anita Begay; many nephews & nieces.
William was preceded by his parents; grandparents Byrl Carley, Irene Dennis, Frank Gokey and Mary Rufus-Gokey; brother Alan Roy; sisters LuAnn Martin, Linda Martin & Mary Sue Merrill; and best friend Brett Dennis Sr.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 27, 20117 at St. Francis Solanus Indian Mission in Reserve with Father Gregory Hopefl officiating. Music will be provided by Sister Felissa Zander. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 26 th at Pineview Funeral Service in Hayward.
Honorary Casket Bearers will be John Begay, David Belille Sr., David Dennis Sr., Jim Dennis Sr., Adian Kakazu, Jon Kakazu, Julian Martin, Scott Miller, Tim Miller, Fred Ogema, Clifford Penass, Johnny Smith Jr., Paul Stevens, Timbo Stevens, Tom Thayer, Robbie Trepania & Curtis Trepanier.
Casket bearers will be Gordon Belille, David Dennis Jr., Brian Diamond, Ron Gokey, Charles Smart & Pat Stuart.
